After a gray and wet Thursday, it is definitely brighter this Friday. We have some sun and clouds with a nice beach breeze. The moisture levels are lower, but there is still a chance of seeing some coastal showers.
By Saturday, our winds will swing around out of the South drawing more heat and humidity our way. However, the forecast still looks promising much like today. New Changes will come on Sunday as an area of low pressure and trailing cold front approaches our state from the Gulf of Mexico. Right now, lots of clouds and rain is affecting the Texas coastline as this system is materializing.
The area of low pressure will be tracking Northeast where another winter storm will probably cause travel delays for the new year and the cold front will move our way. This means the rain chances will be higher on Sunday, with a better chance on Monday. It still remains questionable whether we will receive a cool down with this cold front. For now, we are looking at a refreshing breeze from the North to help bring temperatures back to seasonal values.
Have a wonderful weekend South Florida and make it a safe one!
