Police arrest bogus Botox doctor

Coral Gables, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have arrested a South Florida man for administering Botox without a license.

Police arrested Juan Aguirrechu after an anonymous tip led them to the bogus doctor.

The illegal consultations took place at his Gables home. The revelation was a surprise to neighbors. "As a rule of thumb, he doesn't bother anybody. He doesn't make any noise. He's a good, silent neighbor," said one neighbor.

Authorities said Aguirrechu posed as a doctor and injected unsuspecting patients with Botox Cosmetic.

If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
