SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A Miami gang member upsets police officers by mocking them on YouTube.
Alleged gang member Rudy Villanueva, a.k.a. "Bird Road Rudy," 31, and a few of his friends placed videos of themselves on the popular website waving assault-style rifles and handguns challenging Miami-Dade Police.
The video shows Villanueva and a friend point their weapons at the camera as Villanueva warns, "Metro-Dade Gang Unit, here I am, Baby. Come get some whenever you're ready,'' amongst many other threatening rants.
Villanueva does have a lengthy record with about two dozen arrests since 1995, on drugs and assault-related charges. "Well, what we can tell you is that our department is aware of that video, and we are looking at it," said Miami-Dade Police Officer Robert Williams.
The video has been removed from YouTube but not before it receive more than 4,000 views. It remains unknown if Villanueva and his gang will face any charges.
