PORT OF MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) -- For the second straight year, the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation brought a ‘boat'-load of fun for 70 ill children and their families

The one-day event, sponsored by the foundation, brought with it free arcade games and a scrumptious five-course gourmet lunch for all aboard.

Starlight Father William Wallace, whose son Machiah suffers from sickle cell anemia, welcomes the relief the foundation provides. "A lot of time he's not able to get out," said Wallace. "Since we've been with the foundation, we've been able to enjoy ourselves and have a nice time."

Starlight Cruiser Leia Schwartz expressed her appreciation for the foundation's efforts. "When I was 5, turning 6, my lung collapsed, and I had many restrictions, and I can't do a lot," explained Schwartz. "Starlight Starbright helps me."

Starlight Mother Natalie Johnson recognized that this luxury would likely be impossible without Starlight Starbright's sponsorship. "I think they're doing a good job for everybody, for all the families that can't afford to do this," said Johnson. "It's a blessing to everyone."

Starlight Cruiser Devonte Young's sentiments spoke for all in attendance. "I'm having fun!"
