ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- The University of Central Florida is cutting out trans fat.

The school will begin cooking with a trans fat-free oil in its main dining hall. The trend follows more than 350 other college campuses across the country trying to promote healthier eating.

Food services at UCF are provided by Aramark Higher Education. The company worked with suppliers, dietitians and chefs to find an oil without trans fats, but still with the same taste.

The change will take place within the next two weeks.
