Openings and closings for Veteran's Day, Tuesday
Closed on Tuesday, Veteran's Day:
Municipal, state and federal offices, including county offices, regional parks, public schools, the county library system, post offices and most banks. There will be no regular mail delivery.
Animal Care and Regulation's two animal shelters will be closed. For emergencies involving an animal attack or bite call 911. To report injured animals, call 954-765- 5124.
Open during Veteran's Day:
Neighborhood parks will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. but will not be staffed; buildings will be closed.
Garbage will be picked up on regular schedule.
Tri-Rail and Miami-Dade and Broward County Transit will operate on regular schedules.
