WSVN -- Hundreds of people across South Florida are moving up, trying to cash in on the hot real estate market.
But moving in can easily be packed with a lot of problems.
Kathy Wagner from Do It Yourself Interiors: "Furniture size and placement has always been a problem."
A problem solved with the right tools.
Interior designer Kathy Wagner created these big paper cutouts called "You-place-it furniture templates."
They are the ultimate do-it-yourself decorating kits.
Kathy: "The only thing you need is a pair of scissors. And you can lay out your whole room. You can move it around and you can do it by yourself."
Each kit comes with everything you need to furnish the bedroom, the dining room, living room and the family room.
All the shapes can be easily adjusted to find the right fit, and this way, moving day can be exciting instead of aggravating.
Kathy: "It's saves time. It's saves money. It saves the stress factor."
Now, what you can't fit in your home usually ends up in your garage.
And this one area can fill up fast. If you want to keep your entire extra junk, you have to be extra organized.
Michael Dagen from House Wall Garage System: "We couldn't put our cars in the garage."
That's when Michael Dagen decided to do something different.
His goal: Change the way we store our stuff.
Michael: "Everything is up off the floor, organized and out of the way so we can use the functionality of our garage."
His invention: The house wall garage system.
It is like a giant pegboard but strong enough to support heavy cabinets, golf bags, and bikes.
Michael: "Our system allows you to use the whole functionality of the wall, spreading the weight across the wall allowing you to put more items up."
And allowing homeowner's to put their cars back in the garage for good.
Now here's a decorating dilemma. What will you place on this wall? A plasma TV or a Monet?
A tough choice, but with the right technology you could have both.
Joe DiLiberiti: "It's a disguise for technology."
You could say the Vutec Corporation has an eye for art and entertainment.
Joe: "Art Screen is made for virtually anyone who is trying to mask or make more beautiful any plasma, LCD or even front projection display."
With the touch of a button, your small screen can display a wide selection of prints or photos of just about anyone you know.
Joe: "Virtually, any art image or photograph can be made or transferred on to our material thuru the gliecla process."
Okay, now it's time for your house warming party, but what happens when a guest spills red wine on your carpet? Good thing, we're giving you some stain relief.
Roy Gold from Stain Rx: "We always used it at home on our own clothing and found that it worked on a number of stains, but over time the wine was probably the biggest push for us."
Brothers Roy and Gary Gold have been tackling tough stains their whole lives.
Now, they are introducing their newest superpower Stain Rx.
Roy: "It's a chemistry that is a reducing agent. It basically takes the chemicals that bind together to make a dye or color and breaks them down and therefore removes the stain."
Check how it works with blackberries, raspberries and strawberries -- even the dreaded red wine. This is one gift you'll use over and over again.
Roy: "This is actually going to help consumers quite a bit and we're pretty excited about it."
And for all of us with sloppy house guests, we're excited too.
Also for all the parents, Stain Rx has been proven to remove tough grass stains too.
